2 cups vanilla almond milk
1/2 cup chia seeds
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend for 1 minute. Pour into mason jar or cups of your choice and allow to chill overnight in the fridge. Top with your favorite berries and serve right out of the fridge.
Makes about 2 1/2 cups of pudding.
